The 'Cat House' located on a 12-acre estate in Parlier, California is home to 700 cats who live with Lynea Lattanzio in purr-fect harmony. Ms Lattanzio operates a no-cage, no-kill adoption sanctuary which is staffed by volunteers and funded by donations. The sanctuary includes a kitten nursery, an intensive care unit for sickly cats, and a retirement home for elderly cats who are entering their golden years. The Cat House also offers low-cost spaying services and adoptions to help offset the sanctuary's US$40,260 in weekly operating expenses.
