•3/4 cup coconut oil
•2 tablespoons shea butter
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Place a saucepan with two inches of water on the stove over medium/low heat. Place the jar in the saucepan and stir contents until ingredients start to melt.     Once all ingredients are combined, spread on the body and then store in a cool place for later.
Anti-Inflammatory Pain Reliever Rub
INGREDIENTS:
•1/2 cup coconut or jojoba oil
•10 drops helichrysum essential oil
•10 drops lavender essential oil
