The reason this home is having a hard time selling is because it’s listed as one of the most haunted homes in all of New England, not just Massachusetts.
Since the home was built, there have been seven different deaths documented. One of these deaths was that of a strangled prostitute.
Because of its haunted reputation, the home has appeared on television shows such as Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventure, My Ghost Story, and 10 Most Haunted Places In New England.
